Valentino

As a boy's name, Valentino traces back to Italian, where it is understood to mean "Italian form of Valentine". It has been climbing steadily, peaking most recently in the 2010s. Today, it is on the rarer side without being unusual in the registry. The name's best year yet was 2016.
