Tamera

As a girl's name, Tamera is understood to mean "date palm tree". It had its heyday in the 1960s and has mostly fallen out of use since. Today, it is on the rarer side without being unusual in the registry. Across the twelve decades this registry covers, it appears in 8 of them.
