Savannah

Savannah is a girl's name meaning "Open grassy plain", drawing on Spanish roots. It has been climbing steadily, peaking most recently in the 2000s. Today, it is a well-known pick in the registry. It has appeared in U.S. birth records in nearly every decade since 1900, a genuinely long run.
