Patty

Patty is a girl's name meaning "Latin, noble", drawing on Latin roots. It had its heyday in the 1960s and has mostly fallen out of use since. Today, it is comfortably in the mainstream in the registry. Few names stick around this long: it shows up across almost the entire twelve-decade span this registry covers.
