Marcello

As a boy's name, Marcello traces back to Italian, where it is understood to mean "Italian form of Marcellus". It is currently on the rise, with its biggest decade yet in the 2000s. As things stand now, it is a rare find in the registry. Since 1900, roughly 5,248 babies in the U.S. have been given this name.
