Lorena
The name Lorena carries the meaning "Latin laurus, laurel", with roots in Latin. It has faded some since the 1990s without dropping off entirely. These days, it is neither rare nor overly common. It has appeared in U.S. birth records in nearly every decade since 1900, a genuinely long run.
