Lesley

Lesley means "Scottish place name/surname" and comes from Scottish, giving it real etymological depth as a girl's name. It peaked back in the 1970s and has been gradually easing since. In the current registry, it is a name plenty of people share. 1980 was this name's high-water mark in the U.S. birth records.
