Lauren

As a girl's name, Lauren traces back to Latin, where it is understood to mean "Laurel". It has cooled since its 1990s peak, though it is still chosen today. As things stand now, it is widely recognized. It has appeared in U.S. birth records in nearly every decade since 1900, a genuinely long run.
