Josefina

Josefina is a girl's name meaning "Spanish form of Josephine", drawing on Spanish roots. It has faded some since the 1920s without dropping off entirely. These days, it is a name that stands out a little. Few names stick around this long: it shows up across almost the entire twelve-decade span this registry covers.
