Francisca

Francisca is a girl's name meaning "Spanish/Portuguese feminine of Francis", drawing on Spanish roots. It peaked back in the 1920s and has been gradually easing since. In the current registry, it is uncommon enough to feel personal. Since 1900, roughly 11,947 babies in the U.S. have been given this name.
